RAIDERS
Well it's football season. The Raiders are playing right now against the Broncos. I thought they were just getting their second drive of the game going. They fumbled on an end around, minus 15 yards. FUCK MY LIFE.
Oh, its 17-0 Broncos with 2:14 in the first half.
Ditka commending Gene Upshaw was ridiculously awkward.

Rhodes and Vincent derided me last night when we went to the dinner with BFJ after benching. I'm going to be doing 5 sets of 3 to 5 reps for my main lift on what are now my squat and dead lift days then 5 sets of 10 for two assistance lifts and one ab exercise. I got a tire today too and I'm making it into a sled per the strong people's advice. I'm probably going to try to pull it everyday, just a little to warm up before lifting and a lot for some extra workouts. Wallingford is now the plan.

I used up too much energy warming up my squats. 395 was difficult enough that I decided to leave with a 10 pound PR instead of possibly dumping 405. The 455 pull was gross as I was stuck about 6-12 inches off the floor for what seemed like a long time. It was too big a jump.

I have been ordered to remove 3 board work from my training for a while as i need to work on my low end strentgh. So I figure I will go on a three week rotation of 2 board, 1 board, and full rom over the next 6 weeks. What Vincent Dizenzo says goes. This is also the start of my training cycle that I still need to write up for the meat in September. I should probably work on that. And also go to bed. Skwaats tomorrow.

Can You Blow Me Where The Pampers Is?
Working for 11.5 hours on 4-ish hours of sleep blows. I used up everything I had left in my tin at my first break, and I spilled most of it on my floor last night so there was dog fur and hair in it too, so I had no more lips after that. I bought two tins on my way home though. I'm gonna get another tomorrow because I will finally know the joys of being a grandmother, subjugated yet honored.
That or I found a place where I can finally try Red Man dip.
