Rhodes and Vincent derided me last night when we went to the dinner with BFJ after benching. I'm going to be doing 5 sets of 3 to 5 reps for my main lift on what are now my squat and dead lift days then 5 sets of 10 for two assistance lifts and one ab exercise. I got a tire today too and I'm making it into a sled per the strong people's advice. I'm probably going to try to pull it everyday, just a little to warm up before lifting and a lot for some extra workouts. Wallingford is now the plan.
