the B team trained with the big boys due to numbers. it was pretty good up until the end when i kept getting beasted. i finally got it up but it involved my ass being up as far as i could get it. I was about and inch from lockout for like 8 seconds. it blew but i got it and its a big PR for me so im counting it.

I figured that since i was sick i should do something before benching tomorrow. I would have done more curls but i wanted to watch tv and i didnt want to spend the time figuring out where how my grip should be. i would guesstimate the pallet is about 40lbs
